- If you choose the payment method "Prepayment", the delivery times apply from the time the money is received.
Shipping costs
Free shipping to Germany.
Shipping costs to all other countries are only 8,90 Euro.
Delivery time standard shipping
In standard shipping, your order will be delivered within Germany and Austria within 1-3 working days by DHL parcel directly to your home. Deliveries to other countries take 2-4 working days.
Start of delivery period
The delivery period begins for all payment methods on the day after conclusion of the contract according to § 2 paragraph (3) of the General Terms and Conditions and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period.
International shipping
At present we can only deliver within Germany, to Austria, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
Different delivery address
Would you like to send your order to an address that differs from your billing address, for example, in the case of gift shipments? Simply select the option "Different delivery address". An additional form will appear in which you can enter the recipient's address. The invoice will then be sent to your address and the ordered products to the delivery address you have entered. In this way, you can give someone a great deal of pleasure at any time without any complications.
Returns
Returns are possible within a period of 14 days, the return to the biscuits. Onlineshop is free of charge within Germany. You can request a return slip and a return label at any time by sending an e-mail to office@biscuits-collection.com.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer free returns for shipments to Austria, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
